The scope of application: The feather of broiler slaughterhouse ,fur animals, bones,offal,meat, casings ad inner structures remain.The dead poultry, all can be made of high temperature steriliztion of feather meal,bone meal,chicken powder,intestine feather powder.

Working Theory: take feather as am example, the feather which from slaughterhouse which separated water by Feather&Water Separator, then transport by the belt conveyor into Bath cooker, After cooking 30 min at normal temperature, sealed by cover in order that the temperature reach up to 130 °C

 to kill E.coli, to breake the molecular chain of keratin which can improve the digestibility of 75%. Maintain it for 15 min. when pressure reaches to 0.3 Mpa, release the water vapor in tank, discharge the powder from gate and then transport to Dryer ,to cooling down the temperature.

The final feather meal is brown powder, contains 80% protein, and moisture is less than 10%
